Proper care for a newly rooted cutting\n\nMark has been familiar with plumerias since he worked in a nursery while in high school and has been a member of the PSA since 1996. He served as Vice President in 2009\, two consecutive terms as President 2010-2014\, and again as President 2016-2018. Mark succeeded Eulas Stafford as the Registration Chairman of the PSA in March 2017.
